Neil has an extensive background of over 23 years working in various areas of the property industry before making a career change into the specific area of property valuation in the metropolitan Sydney area.
At Preston Rowe Paterson Sydney, Neil is a Commercial Valuer/Analyst working with a broad range of property types including commercial office buildings, industrial warehouses and factories, retail shops and shopping centres, residential development projects, and special purpose properties.
Neil has acted on behalf of all types of clients including financial institutions, developers, institutional investors, insurance brokers and companies, listed and private companies, listed and unlisted REITS, trustee and custodial companies, and government entities.
Neil, who has a bachelor degree in property valuation is a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV), an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent (LREA).
